In the remote, mythical town of Almost, Maine, the northern lights hover and love may be in the air.  The residents fall in and out of love – sometimes unexpectedly and often humorously.  Starring Jason Kuykendall, John Lamb, Elisabeth Nunziato, and Peter Story.

Meet the Cast


Jason Kuykendall
Jason is proud to be a member of the B Street Theatre Acting Company where he has performed in new works such as The Swan, Last Train to Nibroc, Lobster Alice, Fortune, The Big Bang, and Safe at Home: The Jackie Robinson Story, The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes and Doubt. He is originally from Arizona and has performed with a majority of the major theatres there. From there he moved to Los Angeles were he starred onstage with Tyne Daly in a production of Big Maggie. He played Oswald in the world premiere of Lanford Wilson's new translation of Henrik Ibsen's Ghosts.  He has also had roles on television shows such as General Hospital and State of Grace, and most recently in the feature film Homeland. Recent Northern CA performances include Lenny in Of Mice and Men with the Sacramento Theatre Company and Dr. Treves in the Elephant Man with Theatre Works.

John Lamb
John has been heavily involved in the B Street Theatre School Tours (formerly Fantasy Theatre), writing, directing and or acting in over 30 productions in the last ten years.  Former roles on the B Street Theatre stage include Brother Brightbee, et al. in The Book of Liz, Brent in While We Were Bowling and Johnny in Juno and the Paycock.  He has acted in the B Street Theatre Family Series productions Lilly's Purple Plastic Purse, The Canterville Ghost, The Boxcar Children, The Princess and The Pauper, Johnny Tremain, The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes,The Adventures of Tom Sawyer and Rumpelstiltskin.  John has also directed some of B Street Theatre's biggest hits including Women Who Steal, The Tale of the Allergist's Wife and The Big Bang.


Elisabeth Nunziato
Elisabeth is a B Street Company Member. Audiences may know her from appearances in The Wishing Well, Lune, A Beast on the Moon, Fortune, Bright  Ideas, Juno and the Paycock  the B3 series premier The Rabbit Hole  and most recently the return of Around the World in 80 Days. Elisabeth has worked in film and television with Danny Glover, Forest Whitaker, and Robin Williams. She has appeared in several CBS movies -of -the –week, all with the word “Deadly” in the title and is quite at home in a recording studio tracking everything from commercials to documentary narration.



 
Amy Resnick
Amy has appeared at the B Street in the original and revival productions of Around the World in 80 Days, The Clean House, The Tale of the Allergist’s Wife, Boston Marriage, Criminal Hearts, Hidden in this Picture, and Talley’s Folly.  Here at the B Street she has directed Below the Belt, Why We Have a Body, Something in the Air, and The Affections of May.  Amy’s twenty year career includes performances in New York (Lincoln Center, Cherry Lane), Los Angeles (Mark Taper Forum, South Coast Rep), Atlanta (Alliance).  Bay Area: Berkeley Rep, The Aurora, Marin Theatre Co., Theatreworks, The Magic Theatre, San Jose Rep, and San Francisco Playhouse.  T.V. and film includes: Law and Order, Haiku Tunnel, Paper Dolls, Paper Chase. and St. Elsewhere.  Amy is a proud B Street Company member.

Peter Story
Peter a member of the B Street Theatre Acting Company and has appeared on both the mainstage and family series stages.  You might recognize him from notable performances in The Swan, The Underpants, Fuddy Meers, Bright Ideas, What the Butler Saw, A Year with Frog and Toad, or Alexander Who's Not...Going to Move and most recently, Rumpelstiltskin.  Peter resides in Los Angeles where he pursues a television and film career and is an audition coach for several agencies and talent management companies in the LA area.  Some of his television credits include CSI, Without a Trace, Ugly Betty, Studio 60, E-Ring, and the new internet-turned-TV series, Quarterlife.  Peter just wrapped the short film, Le Chat Est Mort, starring opposite Elizabeth Perkins and this summer will see the release of his feature film Cornered, where he starred opposite Steve Guttenberg.
