B Street Theatre

Give your students the chance to have their plays performed by The B Street School Tour in our annual playwriting contest open to students in Northern California!

Rules:
Students must be 7-14 years of age.
Plays must be no longer than 10 pages.
Plays may contain up to 8 characters.
No more than 2 students may collaborate on a script.
Send a photocopy of the play to The B Street School Tour (formerly The FantasyTheatre) with your student’s name, telephone number, and name of school.

Scripts will not be returned.

Plays will be accepted until January 30, 2009. The B Street School Tour will perform winning plays for over 60,000 Northern California students in over 100 schools from March 31 to June 13, 2009.

Winners Receive:
Oscar Statuette
Official Notification of Award
Name announced before every performance.
Awards will be presented at final public performance on June 7, 2008 at the B Street Theatre.
