The Season
The B Street Theatre School Tour (formerly the Fantasy Theatre) season is made up of 4 original shows per school year performed by professional actors to delight children and grown ups alike. We hope to perform for you during our 23rd season!

GRIMM AND BEAR IT
September 8 - November 26, 2008
Enjoy this funny and musical collection of your favorite fairy tales from the Brothers Grimm! Laugh and sing along while Hansel and Gretel outsmart a witch, Snow-White and her sister Rose-Red encounter an evil dwarf, and a fisherman’s wife gets greedy with a golden fish who grants wishes. These and other familiar characters come to magical life on the School Tour stage!

Stories of wonderful women of fiction are told in dramatic and entertaining ways in this School Tour production! Revisit the adventures of Alice and her friends in Wonderland, marvel at Pippi Long-Stocking and her amazing strength, and dance along with Mary Poppins and the Banks children. Even Scarlett O’Hara leaves Tara to join in the fun that celebrates females in literature!

The winning scripts of the B Street 23rd Annual Playwriting Contest are presented in our most popular production! Nobody knows who you will see, or what could happen, or where you might go in these five adventures! You can only be sure you will laugh and applaud! Maybe it will be YOU who writes one of the plays that will be performed for thousands of children to enjoy!
